I have done a few paintings with images of eggs, They have ranged from representing Christ to impending disaster. They nourish us and are used in medicines and of course there is the age old question of “what came first, the chicken or the egg?”
An egg represents life (after all, the woman has an egg that the man fertilizes), so here is a piece that can represent creation of life, sustenance of life and fragility of life. Or perhaps, it is just a fun piece to hang in a kitchen or anywhere you would like to surprise the viewer with its beautiful range of blues and creamy whites.
Original available, priced at $650USD
